ABOUT

Creating a space for women to mentor women is near and dear to me, as I did not have the benefit of that experience as I was growing in my career. This is why I have created and is apart of communities that help women empowerment.

I have co-founded Global Center for Women in Risk Leadership which is nonprofit community dedicated to empowering women in the world of Enterprise Risk Management. The community creates programs designed to accelerate success through education, advocacy, and mentorship. Their vision is to globally improve the equity, diversity, and inclusion of women in ERM.

As well, I am a board member of Women Helping Women in Finance program. The mission is to help college women jumpstart their career with financial services through mentorship and exposure to the Financial Industry, the leading custodial bank in the world. They pair college women with female leaders in the financial industry to they can receive advice and guidance on their future careers and interests within financial services.

Global Professional with 20+ years of experience in strategic planning, managing cross-functional teams globally, client relationship management, regulatory, compliance, organizational restructuring, and project management within Financial Services, Engineering and Construction, AeroSpace Defense Industry, and Manufacturing.

Recently nominated to join the Forbes Financial Council as a contributor.

Passionate about empowering women of the next generation

President/program creator for Women Helping Women in Finance. This program helps young women navigate and build their career through active mentorship.
Also created a program called Take 2 with the objective to increase the success for women and men returning to the workplace by providing them with an opportunity to explore a new career path or reacquaint themselves with new market trends or changes in their area of expertise after an extended career break.
One of the founding board members for Global center for Women in Risk Leadership. A community dedicated to empowering women in the world of ERM by creating programs designed to accelerate success through education, advocacy, and mentorship.
